Services

Services include:

All services are provided online by live video or phone appointment only.

No in-person appointments are offered.

Booking & Payment

Payment is required in full before your scheduled appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Appointments are confirmed only after payment has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may be non-refundable.

If I must cancel due to an emergency, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Technical Issues

Clients are responsible for having a reliable internet or phone connection.

Please ensure your device is charged and functioning before your appointment.

If technical difficulties interrupt a session, every reasonable effort will be made to reconnect. If reconnection is not possible, the remaining session may be rescheduled at my discretion.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is important.

Information shared during your session will be treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to help prevent an imminent risk of serious harm.

Respectful Conduct

Please treat all communications with kindness and respect.

I reserve the right to refuse or immediately end a session if a client is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, intoxicated, or engages in inappropriate behavior.

Scope of Services

I do not provide:

• Medical advice
• Mental health counseling
• Psychological treatment
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Emergency services

If you require assistance in these areas, please seek help from an appropriately licensed professional.

Every spiritual session is unique.

No guarantees are made regarding:

• Specific messages.
• Predictions.
• Healing outcomes.
• Relationship outcomes.
• Financial outcomes.
• Personal outcomes.

By scheduling, purchasing, or participating in any service, you acknowledge that:
