CLIENT AGREEMENT

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service, you agree to the following:

Eligibility

You certify that you are 18 years of age or older.

Services are not available to anyone under the age of 18.

Voluntary Participation

You understand that all services are voluntary and that you are participating of your own free will.

Personal Responsibility

You accept full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, legal, and financial well-being before, during, and after each session.

You understand that any decisions you make following a reading or spiritual healing session are your own responsibility.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that spiritual guidance and intuitive services are personal experiences that may affect individuals differently.

You voluntarily assume any risks associated with participating in these services.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release and hold harmless me, my business, representatives, successors, and affiliates from any claims, demands, damages, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising out of or relating to:

• Spirit communication
• Mediumship sessions
• Tarot readings
• Oracle readings
• Spiritual healing
• Spiritual guidance
• Decisions made after receiving a session

This release applies to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law and does not waive liability where such waivers are prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, my total liability for any claim relating to my services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
